Cor-Prop Apparel began as uniforms — pieces made for long days, real job sites, and hands-on work. Over time, it evolved into something more: a visual language for how we build, manage, and move through the world.

Designed under the direction of Bayless Cobb, founder of Cor-Prop Management and RDG Design Group, each piece reflects the same principles applied across property management, construction, and hospitality operations — clarity, durability, and purpose.

Founded by Bayless Cobb, Cor-Prop Management has always operated at the intersection of real estate, construction, hospitality, and creative culture. Through the Cor-Prop Local Artist Network, we collaborate with San Diego–based artists, designers, and builders whose work reflects place, craft, and identity.

Their voices appear across our apparel, projects, and properties — embedded into the brand rather than separated from it.

This program exists to support artists who push creative boundaries while staying rooted in real work, real neighborhoods, and real culture.

George Ricoy — Art Director

Creative Director of San Diego Bolt Complex and founder of RicoyCreative and Loyal & Dedicated, George Ricoy brings decades of experience shaping Southern California’s visual culture across apparel, architecture, and identity.

Working alongside Bayless Cobb and the Cor-Prop team, Ricoy grounds the apparel program in bold, functional iconography — bridging streetwear logic with industrial clarity.
